# ItemEffects

Plugin for Cauldron 1.7.10

Enables creation of items with potion effects. You can create items that apply effects when anywhere in inventory, when held or when worn.
You can also create items with effects auras. These apply effects to players near the item holder, though not the item holder themselves.

Uses the Ambient effect flag to determine when an effect is applied by this plugin or not. So any other sources of ambient effects are incompatible with this plugin.
